Khaled Al Sheikh is a Bahraini singer and Maestro. He was born on September 23rd, 1958.

Khaled studied in Bahrain during primary and high school and graduated in 1975. He then joined the political sciences college of Kuwait where he studied for three years before changing his path to study music in the Conservatory of Cairo. Once in Cairo, he studied music composition for one year.

After a long journey, Khaled went back to Bahrain to hold the position of a music teacher. He also started composing musical pieces for students’ concerts. He was also known for composing music of plays for Children Theater. His fame started with the song ‘Shwikh Men Ardh Meknass', which he composed in 1982 for the Bahraini singer Ahmed Aljumairi.

In 1983, Khaled started singing and composing for himself. One of his best known songs is ‘Kollama konta Bekorbi’, written by the poet Abi Alhassan Alshashtari. In the following years, he released albums in a regular way and cooperated with several composers and lyricists from all around the Arab world, thus producing 15 albums.

Through the years, his compositions met a great success. He collaborated with great artists who performed his work. Some of the artists he worked with are Lotfi Bouchnak, Rached Almajed, Samira Said, Abdallah Alroweished, Abdulmajid Abdallah, Angham, and others.
